On November 13th I set an appointment at the Discount Tire store by the Dayton Mall. David and Zach were extremely helpful. The lobby was full, the garage was backed up and the phones were ringing off the hook; yet these two gentlemen held the front line like PROS, were positive and courteous! We had a temporary fiasco when I was unable to locate the key for my locking lugnuts, yet they helped me find a solution, and their crew even stayed late to get my new tires on (just before the snow hit ).
