My experience with this location was nothing but superb! First off, they two gentleman up front. Ian and Scott. Excellent examples of customer service. Scott went to my vehicle, explained everything in detail. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a tire store. Then there's the guy in the back. Excellent service! They replaced my tires today and I could not be happier!
Came in for a tire repair, the object I ran over damaged the inside of the tire, so they weren't able to patch it , so just had them switch the spare tire to my rim and they mounted it for me , all for free.....they were all incredibly friendly,hard working and very helpful, I will definitely be a lifetime customer ! Thank you guys !

Great customer service. My 18 year old son busted his tire leaving work and luckily you guys were just down the road. I made a call to the store and in no time Emmett took care of him and got him back on the road. We usually do business with the one on Poe Ave but we might have to start traveling to Miamisburg. :)
Anytime there is an issue they always make it right with a smile. Haven't purchased a tire from anywhere else in years.
They got my g8 back on the road free of charge and squeezed me in last min when everyone else said come back tomorrow thanks agin guys
