Bolt in tire caused dash warning to urgently add air. Drove over to Discount Tire: professional group of efficient and friendly people. They repaired the puncture at NO CHARGE! They truly have a new customer for life!
We dropped are car off at 1145 on Monday was told it would be completed by 130 so the wife and I walked to eat lunch and when we returned the car was still in the parking lot it hadn't been touched! It was finally completed at 245 and we had to take it back yesterday for noises that were happening when it hit any bumps and a howling noise they said there was nothing wrong but that noise went away when hitting bumps but the howling is still there I will be taking it back Friday when I get off work!

Absolutely horrible. I've had my car there 4 times and every time something is wrong. Will absolutely never be back.
Always get great customer service! They quickly patched my tire and for FREE! (I had a wayward screw in my tire.) We use Discount for all of our vehicles. They take good care of us!!
