I’m missing a lug nut after they rotate my tire Seriously?
Hiring curteous employees who aren't lying to customers about when tires will arrive would be a great help for your business. For almost a week now I have been told my tire would arrive each afternoon. A week later no tire and nothing but excuses and more lies from Curtis and Tim the 2 most unreliable associates you have in Longmont. I work in service retail as well, and lying to customers is never the correct answer. Being honest even when you make a mistake retains customers. 0
We were able to get rv and truck tir s replaced this morning out by 10:15. Want to thank you all for speed and friendly staff. We were able to park there for the night . I also think the prices are good! Thanks again team! The Ferguson's full time rv'ers

So accommodating and helpful and got me my tires and in for my appointment 2 days later! When I brought my car there, I was able to throw my keys into the drop box and a few hours later, it was finished!!! I couldn’t believe how quickly it was done, especially the line that was there when I dropped it off early that morning!
I went in today to get a nail removed, they told me it would be an hour and a half wait....went to Big-O instead, I was out of there in 20 mins. Same when I exercised my road hazard plan last year, it took them an hour to tell me the tire would be in in 3 days
The people there are so helpful and care. I went there to see why the tire light would not go off. They consulted with each other and figured out that the car did not have tire sensors. They kept to the appt time fairly well and it really did not take very long to fix. I do love this Discount Tire.
They are amazing! They go above and beyond expectations, every time! We forgot to make an appointment, they fit us in the next morning, even though we're the ones who forgot. They offered to replace a sensor for us for free, even though we didn't ask. I can't say enough good things, but I can say I will never go anywhere else!
