Traveling through town with no local knowledge, so we took a chance on these guys. Glad we did! Able to order exactly what we wanted and schedule an appointment within a few days. All phone interactions were professional and accurate. Our appointment was prompt & service was skilled; a thoroughly satisfactory transaction. Don't think I've ever had such a great sale closure (reminders about when to come in for rebalancing, offer of free air checks and inspection in the future). Kudos to the management and staff.
This guys are amazing, I came I'm with a flat tire and they fixed it for me in timely manner, very satisfied with their service, I definitely recommend Discount tire for any of your tire needs.

I had a flat tire and of course no spare they were closing up shop when the tow truck brought me in, they stayed late and fixed it at no charge, I haven't seen service like that since the early 80s. Awesome service thank you. Walter Castricone, Cottonwood.
Discount Tire really took care of me today. Went in with a slow leaking tire and found out the steel belts were separating in both back tires. They checked all four. They checked my account I determined I had purchased the warranty and replaced both rear tires at no cost. What a great company. I'll always buy from Discount Tire. Great customer service, with a smile. They also said my wait time would be about 1 1/4 hours and was so almost on the dot. Thanks guys, you rock.
Traveling through Flagstaff, we had to make a quick stop at Discount Tire due to a leaky tire. As it turned out, our tire couldn't be fixed. In 15 minutes, Steven put two new tires on our car. He, Alex and the entire staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful.
