I had a nail in my tire and I’ve been a life long customer, my truck is brand new and the tires weren’t under warranty w Discount Tire because it’s a brand new truck. No questions asked they fixed and repaired the tire and balanced at no cost! I will definitely be back when I need new tires on the truck!
I called ahead and told them I have a 30’ trailer with horses in it. I was 45 min away and they said they would put me in the queue. When I got there I was able to drive in and they changed all the tires in record time! Fantastic crew to deal with. I highly recommend them, they know their stuff!
Very highly impressed with this store. Had a large screw in my tire and as I pulled up to the store and parked, I was promptly greeted by Brian Atkins. His customer service skills were excellent, he was prompt, and had me in and out in a short amount of time. I commend Brian and the staff here for their excellent customer service. Great job!!!
Had to make a emergency stop there during our family vacation. Needed 2 tires! We were glad to find a Discount Tire. We are from Texas, and we always use Discount Tire in San Marcos, TX. So very thankful to the friendly staff for making my family van safe for my family to continue our vacation!
