This place is fantastic! I had a screw in my tire. They worked me in and got me in and out in two hours when they were busy. They were extremely courteous, which is rare to experience as a female when dealing with car repairs. They fixed the tire with a plug/patch combo, put in a new valve, aired up all of the tires and tightened all of the lug nuts - all for no charge! Their service has earned them a customer for life. Don’t hesitate to give these folks a try! They are capable, considerate and professional.
Best customer service ever!!! My wife just called me and told me that she took her car in, because it was shaking (hit a curb and knocked it out of balance) today... Not only did the Discount Tire - Wichita/Derby Team balance my wife’s car, but they also repaired the tires with nails all for free! To top it off... One of the tires had a nail in the sidewall, The discount tire team did not want my wife to have to drive on the tire so they replaced the whole tire with a new one for free! What amazing people! I was in West Wichita yesterday, Saturday Sept. 21, late afternoon and noticed I had a nail in a tire, and I needed to drive home to Kansas City after an exhausting day.
