Everyone who has helped me has been very kind and very thorough. I have been overly impressed with their customer service.
Got to St. Joseph and my tire light came on. Stopped at Discount Tires and before I got out of the car a nice young man named Brett was coming out the door. I told him what the problem was and they fixed my tire free!! I will go to them when I need new tires!!
They were very nice and didn't pressure me at all. Fixed my tires for free. I will definitely go back when I need tires.
We were traveling through on our way to Montana. We had a tire on our camper go bad. We stopped at one store and they said they didn't have camper tires. So I Googled for another store close by. Discount Tire was next. As soon as I walked in, I was created and helped. The guys were great. We decided to replace all 4 tires. In 35 minutes, the tires were replaced and we were on our way. When we checked out, we even got a rebate for our tires. These guys were GREAT!
Went in to get a patch for one tire (picked up a screw somewhere) and a sensor put in on another. Unfortunately my rear tires both had a "heat ring" from running on low air and couldn't be worked on in that condition. However, they did sell me a set of used tires at a very reasonable price and installed the sensor for me with very little wait time! Quick and fast! Professional and clean! I pulled in and was greeted at the bay. They took my car in, tire fixed, and on way in 15 minutes at the most.
Great prices and their customer service is amazing!! I will never get my tires anywhere else again!! Thank you Discount Tire!!
