They stand behind their products and services. Toyota wanted to charge me to rotate my tires when I got my oil change. I get my rotations free after purchasing my tires from Discount Tire!!!
Went to pick up my 2 tires I ordered online and Shawn was very helpful to help me get the 4 tires I needed (very bad, but was trying to hold off until the beginning of the year) to make sure i had what I needed to get through the winter safely with my kids. Will definitely be going back for tire needs again!

this morning I dropped off my 40x13.50x17" tire to get mounted and balanced. I returned to pick it up in my topless wrangler right as the massive storm hit town. The guys were nice ehough to just have me pull inside out of the storm and help me get the tire positioned in my tire carrier. Thanks guys
