RecommendedTony was so helpful as I was in on a whim with a hole in my tire. I had my 3 yr old with me with no “kid supplies” and he gave us some markers and paper saving the day! We had a long wait but that helped so much.

I came here for a patch, first they took off the wrong tire and then told me they could not fix the correct tire because I have a "spacer" on my axle. Even though they can turn the 7 times onto the spacer they will not do it. If you have spacers on your truck then don't come here! I have been waiting here for almost an hour only to hear they will not do it.
We've used Discount Tire several times over the years - to get a slow leaking tire repaired, to buy new tires, etc. EVERY SINGLE TIME we've been there over the years we've been impressed with the service, the professionalism, and the people there. Nothing is a hassle to them. They're quick to ascertain what is needed, put it on a time line and leave you alone til it's ready. WELL DONE, DISCOUNT TIRE on 380 in Prosper.
Only came in for a nail but they saved me when they showed me my tires were down to the metal. Scarey I’ve been driving on that. Make an appt! Had one at 930 and was out in about 45 minutes with 2 new tires. Great job Discount Tire Prosper!
I been to this location multiple times and some of the guys there are so rude. A mistake was made with a rotation a while back and I decided to give them another chance, and even purchased my last set of tires there a few months back but after my visit today, I will just drive further to go to different location.
