Dishonest sales gimmicks if you ask me. One guy told me a story about a patch in the middle of the tread and then Bobby Hill the manager told me a story about the sidewall. I’m not an idiot. Don’t trust these guys. Too bad because they’re right by my home.

Good service, fast and friendly. I wish they would switch to a radio station that is instrumental; I didn't care for the songs being played.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I just left the Prosper location after getting new tires. They did not tell me how long the wait was but I overheard them telling other customers an hour and a half to two hours. After overhearing them apologize to another customer and admit that his service was basically deleted from the system and he was forgotten about, I finally asked how much longer mine would be. Stopped in to have the air checked in my tires. Logan was super friendly and also gave great a recommendation/suggestion for next set of tires. Line was 4 cars deep when we arrived. Super quick and efficient. Very friendly service.

very professional and helpful staff
My wife recently visited this store. They put the wrong size tire on her car after a 3hr drop off. They did not inform her that the tire wasn’t in stock at this location. We’ve been repeat customers at this location, but today’s service was horrible. She only noticed the wrong size due to her car shaking as she left the store. They lost a loyal customer today
Friendly and very fast getting my tires done!
I have used other Discount Tire locations and gotten taken care of MUCH quicker. This location seems to ALWAYS be overly busy. They do fine work, but waiting for 2 hours on a Tuesday mid morning to have 2 tires installed seems excessive.
