HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I just left the Prosper location after getting new tires. They did not tell me how long the wait was but I overheard them telling other customers an hour and a half to two hours. After overhearing them apologize to another customer and admit that his service was basically deleted from the system and he was forgotten about, I finally asked how much longer mine would be.
