Very courteous staff. Got 4 tires replaced. Took about an hour!
Wonderful customer service! Even without an appointment the experience was expeditious. Im glad I purchased my tires from them and the warranty. They took care of everything and had me on my way....

I had to take the car back in after new tires were installed, because they pinched the valve stem with the hubcap, causing it to leak. now I've taken it for an oil change and the shop is doing a rotation too - turns out discount tire cross threaded a bolt, which is $120-$150 to repair. disappointed.
They balanced my original new tires wrong causing a vibration n the steering. I then decided to upgrade and came back to get them done. Come to find out they lost my wheel lock, lost my appt and didn’t even apologize. The manager is rude and has a quick temper. Another customer was upset and he told him he could leave if he did’t want to wait! That’s wrong!! This is just one of the worst experiences I have ever had with Discount Tire.
RecommendedI went in at 8 am needing a set of from tires. I was about the 7th or 8th person in line. They told me to give them until 9 or 9:10 to finish. At about 8:45 they called me to let me know my car was finished and I could pick it up. Great friendly service!! I highly recommend this location.
