The staff was great and as far as my flat tire it was free of charge! Not many places will do this!
I dropped off a flat tire(on Friday) for repair/replace. When talking to the service writer we determined that I had road hazard insurance in case the tire required being replaced. We then proceed to check the availability of the tire. They would have to order it and would be ready on Saturday. I then told him I would be back on Monday morning to have the tire reinstalled and the other tire balanced/rotated. It's now 5:45 Monday evening and still not taken care of. I love to give props to companies who do a good job so here goes. I bought tires for my sons truck and was unhappy about the mileage I got out of them, however they were new take offs so there was no warranty. I spoke with the guys and they made it right by giving me a really good deal on a new set when honestly they had no obligation to do so. Thanks guys at Del City Discount Tire!

Wow! I made an online purchase and appointment to have 4 new tires put on my Nissan Pathfinder at Discount Tire in Del City OK. My Appointment was for 0830. I get there 20 minutes early, get checked in. One of the Associates (Devon) met me in the parking lot before I get to the door. 0815, they have my vehicle in the bay. 0846 they have me at the counter checking out. Great customer service, I recommend them highly.
