I had been coming here for some time. Went in on January 4th and received a not so polite issue. The Manager, Mr. DeLong, was so very polite and apologetic and asked if he could use the matter as a teaching tool. I am so for this, as I don't believe that people should be "condemned" instead they should be taught different ways to handle situations. He also did something that was not expected, however, is a huge help during this time. Thank you so much Mr. DeLong for speaking with me and hearing my concerns. :)
