I'm a disabled and low income. I needed to get as many tires as I could for a good price. The Devon got me a discount on two front tires and instillation. Great, I'd be back sometime in the near future for two more tires. Brian called my name and said my car was done. He said that one of my rear tires had a leak but he couldn't let me go and not be safe so they replaced the rear tires for FREE. I couldn't believe it!!! The tears came and I still can't believe it. For any of you living in the Bellingham area of the Pacific Northwest, you could absolutely not do any better than having your car's tire service handled by the "Lakeway" Discount Tire. Larry Bradford and the fantastic crew define the meaning of Customer Service to well above a 5 star rating! I can assure you that if you're ever remotely disappointed by the work, or staff, that the problem is with-in you (IMHO) - these guys are flawless!! ~ Noel Brown
