Customer service sucks! Ordered rims and tires was told by Tony they would be delivered in 3 days no calls no updates. I drove in Sat morning(8 days later) was told that they were just delivered they would put them on within 1.5 hrs okay sweet! Got a call the rims he ordered for my car didn't fit! Was told he had some others in stock and they were actually more expensive he would just wash the cost difference..was told I would get a updated reciept emailed to me that day..well that did not happen. Costco didn't have the tires I needed, and the tire was virtually flat (unsafe to drive). Waiting the three to five days for Costco to acquire tires that matched wasn't the right option for our busy life; they (thoughtfully) suggested a tow. The Sr. Asst. Manager & team from Discount Tire *immediately* sent someone over from across town, along with a matching tire for the nearly new Fusion. They had three or four matching options in stock. This was my first time at Discount Tire. They gave me a way better deal on tires than Les Schwab- where I used to purchase tires - the service was professional, friendly, and the waiting area nice and clean with good reading material. To top it all off, I received a $75.00 rebate on my purchase, making the deal so much more sweet! Love you Discount Tire!
