Posting this again because they keep deleting it...I brought my car here for a flat tire repair. I left my car there for two hours and the lost my tire lock key. I noticed the mistake immediately before even leaving the lot. They promised they would track it down or get me a new one. I've called multiple times and received no assistance or calls back. Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I am so impressed with discount tire I’ve unfortunately been there twice in the last month due to driving over a nail and they plug the tire repair for free. They don’t try to upsell you when your tires don’t need replacing and they seem like a very honest and well priced place! I highly recommend discount tire to anybody with any tire needs

3 days after purchasing my car, I get notified of low tire pressure in my run flat tire. Call the dealership and they say I need a NEW TIRE for over $200! They tell me there is no way to fix the slow leak either! So, I call Discount Tire on 18520 Wright St, Omaha, NE 68130 and they not only fix the leak in 30 minutes, they don’t charge me anything! Great customer service in the past and now! #customersforlife
I went to Discount Tire to only get 2 new tires. They inspected my vehicle & told me all 4 needed replaced!! All 4 tires were in very unsafe condition, but I only had enough for 2. Well the manager talked to me & didn't want me to drive off on unsafe tires & gave me a Great deal I couldn't pass up! They cared more about my safety!! I am forever grateful, especially since I recently lost my job!! I will forever be a customer! Thank you so much!!!
