RecommendedVery friendly staff and clean waiting area. Team members kept me informed while they diagnosed the problem I was having with my tire and while they repaired my tire. I did make an appointment ahead of time; did not have to wait long at all.

My husband setup a appointment to get new tires and arranged everything on the phone and was just trying to drop his car and I followed to take him home. They could not have been more rude or wasted more of our time. After sitting in the parking lot for around 10+ minutes and being spoke down to and told I would need to wait longer (just to drop off my keys) we just left. There really are good, kind people in the world and one of them works here. I had borrowed my moms car because I was having the worst week, with the worst luck possible. I somehow managed to get a flat tire (like ALL THE WAY flat) basically in the driveway of Discount Tire. An employee approached me and without even asking questions told me they would help me out to get the tire changed to the spare for free. so I took my tire in around 12 was told it would be done in two hours. i called and they didnt have it done the reason why was because they couldn't read their own handwriting told me it be done in another 2 hours. very disappointed in the customer service made it sound like it was my fault in the hole think

I wish to thank Discount Tire for a fast and friendly experience. I had a screw in my tire and was told the wait would be about an hour, well it was more like 30-45 minutes! Very pleased and highly recommend Discount Tire. Also very clean waiting room.
Tonight, we discovered my wife’s vehicle had a screw in a tire. She showed up to Discount Tire at 5:58pm (closing time is 6pm), and was back on the road by 6:30pm. That’s right...the folks at Discount Tire stayed past closing time to take care of her!! My wife called me after her experience and couldn’t say enough about how NICE everybody was (even though it was past closing time)!! Discount Tire is the ONLY place we will buy tires from because of the TOP NOTCH customer service!! Thanks Discount Tire!!
