I was walking on the Keystone Trail with my 18 month old daughter, and her tire on her stroller was almost flat, i was walking to Hy-Vee to get air, and stopped at discount tire (after they closed, but were finishing up), and asked a guy if he could help. Steve stopped what he was doing and took care of my daughters stroller so we could continue our walk! Thanks Steve!!
These folks were awesome in taking care of this party of Texas folks experiencing a low tire issue while visiting Omaha. Discount Tire advertises nationwide service when you buy their tires, and this store certainly exemplifies that practice in a prompt and corteous manner!
Bought new wheels and tires there and they beat even internet prices. Then went back to get new tire pressure sensors on my winter wheels. Again beat any prices I found. Ran over a huge screw today. Big enough I felt it puncture the tire and could feel it in the steering wheel. Miguel and the crew got me in and out in under an hour and fixed it under the warranty! They have always treated me right and have earned a life long customer! Thank you guys!
