I’ve been coming to discount tire and this location for many years. Brought my car in and the guy added the insurance to my purchase without asking me or even talking about it. They didn’t have the correct size of tire for my car so instead of a 225 55r 16 they went with a 215.... left to go to old Chicago and came back and they switched the tire again to a 205 because they had an inventory problem (switched it without asking ). Not happy

My husband took van for tires, 1 stud broken off at tire removal, another one broke off same tire while putting tire on. Tech clearly needs more training on how to properly remove lug nuts if it is hard. Example, clean around, penetrating oil etc. Instead of letting the impact beat the crap out of it til it snaps. So once 2 studs are broke off, GUESS WHAT??? THEY CAN'T FIX IT!! THEY WON'T LET YOU DRIVE IT, REFUSED TO GIVE HIM THE KEYS BACK!! HAD TO PAY 80.00 FOR A TOW!!! Extremely helpful. All friendly staff. Fixed a screw in my tire and replaced a valve stem. Very quick service and I didn’t have an appointment. I’d definitely recommend.
Horrible experience !!! I wait in line yesterday for a good 10-15 mins just to make an appointment for today. I simply went in for a tire rotation and they told me they could not do it because of a liability thing :( when i clearly have gone other places and they have done it with no problem! Luckily i went to a different and they did it for free!!
