I searched all over Richmond for a particular set of tires that are special order everywhere. Not only did these guys have them in stock, but they easily have the most knowledgeable and friendly staff I’ve ever met in a tire shop. They made me feel like my business was valued and genuinely wanted to see me happy. They also asked me to come back for free tire rotation and balancing every 5,000 miles. These guys are so incredibly friendly and professional! They price matched a quote from a competitor, which was a HUGE help to my wallet! I spoke to Jesse on the phone and Andrew in-store. The techs that worked on my tires were quick, and everyone was just so polite and awesome! I will recommend Discount Tire to everyone I know! They made it clear that it isn't about money, it's about safety. I encourage you to talk to them before you go somewhere else!
Unfortunately, I had to get my wife's van tire replaced due to a flat. My son and I were taken aback by the overwhelmingly courteous and warm reception that we got when we walked in. I asked him why he felt it was awkward and he commented "because no one does this". I said "exactly; this is how customer service is supposed to work". This store has made my day. I've been looking and researching tires all day. $200.00 for 2 tires just isn't in the budget. I called this store and George answered and I explained what the deal with my car was. He said for me to come in and they would make sure that I was going to be safe while driving. I will recommend this place to everyone I know! Before I even got to the door, I was greeted by 3 workers saying hello. I also got super fast and attentive service right after walking in. Everyone was nothing but friendly and helpful and didn't force me into buying anything I didn't need. Very fair prices too. I busted my rim up pretty bad and decided on a new tire. It took but 25 minutes. I was in and out. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Wonderfullll customer service! Discount Tires is fantastic!
