Discount Tire on Hull St and Courthouse manager Matt Gray has gone out of his way to earn my satisfaction and continued business as a customer today. I was not happy about some issues with a previous new tire and then the wait and price of a new tire I had to buy today that he refunded me the difference and fixed a sensor issue for me and will allow us to bring our other car back and fix that tire as well at no extra cost. Very quick service for four new tires.
I had 4 new tires put on. I put an appointment time in online and they even called me to remind me of it. Derek was very friendly and even met me outside when I got there. The wait was quick. I highly recommend them.
