Regardless of why I come to the store I am always Attempting to be up sold. I listen to every single salesman say verbatim, “Your Back tires are at a five your front tires are at three and I would suggest replacing at least two tires”
They always manage to take care of me and my truck in a timely fashion. The guys that work there are top notch 🤓
Usually a very pleasant experience, not today! Had a 10am appt. Waited 10 min to be "assisted" (more to the story there), took 40 min to take truck back (4 new tires), they had not checked to see if the old tires should have been prorated (which they all did, not good wear), asked them to take air out of airbags (up way high cause I pulled horse trailer yesterday)-didn't do that....very disappointing, frustrating experience �
I had a tire with a slow leak in it. They fixed it and didn't charge a thing. A week or two later I had a tire with a screw it it and they fixed it at no charge. They have provided great service to me both times I have been to the shop. Planning on buying tires from them before the end of this year.
