The people are always friendly and with my appointment I was in and out with 4 new tires in 40 minutes!
I ALWAYS get my tires at DT but 2 months back, I went somewhere else (huge mistake) and ever since, riding in my car has not felt right....I knew something was off. I even took it back to the place that did them and they claimed to have fixed the problem. Still didn’t feel right! I finally got off my butt and went to DT to have them check it and not only did they find the mistake, correct it, but they did it for FREEEEEEEE even though I hadn’t purchased the tires/job there! These guys are super. Came in with a leaking tire. Salesman sat in the chair next to me and explained the plan - since I bought my tires there it was fix leak or replace tire. All fixed up and back on the road in 30 minutes! Guys were all smiles, friendly, and helpful. Thanks, Discount Tire!!
