RecommendedI can’t thank Discount Tires enough. Not only were they slammed, but I came in not too long before they closed. They helped me in a pinch and spent the time with me to make sure I was taken care of and felt that way. I have not seen this level of customer service in quite some time all while having to move at the speed of lightning to make sure everything else was taken care of AND make everyone else feel the same as I did. I HIGHLY recommend this location!!!
I had the BEST experience at this location on Saturday night. For one reason or another I am not going to get into the exact details of it all but they hooked a sister up!! The really nice young man at the front desk assured me that the safety of their customer's is their main concern and he certainly backed that up. Their manager gave them all wrist bands to wear with 5 affirmations (pay it forward/be grateful/etc). Customer service was great all around with everyone that interacted with me. Helped me look at options to get me back on the road safely. The price was pretty decent as well.
