WOW after 2 visits to Firestone to have a tire plugged I finally made it to Discount Tire. Jon at Discount Tire showed me the lousy job that was done at FIRESTONE. Firestone plugged the tire; 6 hrs later the tire was FLAT. A spare was put on until I could take it back. Supposedly they fixed it. After 9 days it’s leaking again. Discount Tire was able to remove the plug and do it right. Waited less than an hour; AND they charged me NOTHING to fix it properly!

These guys are very professional and friendly. As far as pricing goes, in my personal experience, they were competitive with Tire Rack so I can't sing them for that. I specifically ordered Continental Extreme Contacts and they sold me exactly that. They also give me hassel free tire rotations every 3000 miles... if I remember to do it... which is more like every 5000 miles, but that's on me.
I visited DT after doing extensive research trying to find the cheapest replacement for a tire that picked the worse time to blow out, after being quoted eighty for a bald, used tire, I was at my wits end and tired of looking. I have a large SUV that takes 255/70 r16 and they got us taken care of for about a hundred and twenty, service was efficient and friendly. Just left the store at 5 Got the new Yokohama on my Honda accord they feel great it's like night and day great service.
Nathan is awesome! I needed snow tires for my work vans and they were out at every location I checked but Nathan went above and beyond by telling me he would get back to me. As they were out of them at his location as well. No other location told me they would get back to me and sure enough he did. I got a call back 15 mins later and he was able to get tires here and there from different locations to get me squared away. Thanks for going above and beyond on customer service!
