Talk about customer service or the lack of Discount Tire in Parker is too busy to help a lady with a flat tire in the Lowe's parking lot right next them. She was told we are too busy but if you take the tire off and bring it in we'll fix it. Les Schwab took care of her and rotated tired at no charge. I know where I am going to buy my truck tires next time.

They didn't use to be customer oriented but management may have switched a few times. I've had great service last couple times I was there! Great guys! Professional and courteous!
On the way home from work today, tire pressure warning light came on. Stopped-by Discount Tire, which has provided street and snow tires for my Subaru Impreza. Within half an hour, the nail in my tire was removed and the hole that it made, fixed. Problem solved, no charge, home in time for dinner. Wow!
