Today I needed a new tire and Tyler was very helpful! They had me in and out on my lunch break. Very friendly and fast! :)
I took my Audi into Discount tire today. I was having a weird sound coming from my front wheel. Shawn Burnette took great care of me and kept me in the loop about what was actually going on. the team at the parker store went above and beyond to help me out. I definitely recommend this store and will go out of my way to use this store.

The best service and gives you the best options and multiple options. They were very flexible and kind and got me 2 new tires put on without an appointment in less than 45 min. They are great!

Usually I have a good experience here. Today was not that way. Drew was very unknowledgable. He also didnt get my truck in line when I came in. I was there at 8:30, waited in the waiting room until around 2. I think the truck was actually done for a while he just forgot who I was. Just sitting there all day. Then my air pressure was low. Spent more time adjusting that. I called yesterday, I came down from Summit County. This was the 3rd or 4th set of tires from you guys. Will be the last.
