Much nicer and more helpful than the other 2 car places I have dealt with in the past week. Thanks discount tire for not trying to get all the money you can out of me and for explaining things to me so I understood what was wrong with my tires!
Terrible customer service. No sense of first come first served. Even w appoint others are leaving before me when i was the first here. Lazy lazy employees that seem to get larger every time i go here.. Sumo wrestling team? The last time they changed tires over they did not tighten valve enough and 2 were flat in my yard a couple hours after. Discount tire please take pride in your jobI think i just found my next harley. Gonna have two and stop doing every thing half assed.
Had a flat and they fixed it for free after hours. They wouldn't take any money from me. They just asked that I keep coming back.
Had the tires balanced on our RAV4 recently at this location....now I've found one of the center caps is missing on a wheel. These things don't just fall off, so it either wasn't put back on or the store failed to secure it to the wheel....not pleased at all. Hope to hear from someone Tuesday from your store. Follow up: Just left the store after talking with Paul. They're replacing the missing cap for us with no hassel and should have it later this week.
Currently sitting in the waiting room. Was told it would be 30 minutes "max" to check on my leaky tire. I've been waiting 50 minutes and my car hasn't moved from the parking lot. When I inquired about the delay, no apologies. Just a simple "we've had some issues With a car in front of you." Then the manager said, "let me see what I can do and promptly went on to help others. Had a good experience with them in Chubbuck, ID. Remote cameras lets u watch them Work on ur vehicle from the lounge.
Worst customer service I have seen in a while I won't return to this store full of slothes again.
