Prompt service, knew what I needed, honest about all costs, and I was out in 30 minutes on a busy day. If you have an appointment, there still might be a person ahead of you. Some customers take longer. It's not a perfect process, but works pretty well compared to a walk in. I've been taking my two cars here for years and will continue to do so.
Came in with no money and a flat, wanted help getting my donut on. They sent me out with a smaller tire that got me home! No charge. I've been doing business with discount tire for a couple years now. They have always been lovely to me! Super grateful for discount tire!
They fixed my tire for free and didn't try to sell me a tire
I asked if my tire could be checked and fixed yet they sent me home saying nothing was wrong with it just for me to leave realizing there was actually a nail in it and they hadnt even changed my spare tire back to the original. (I had to leave quickly). I then called asking that they give me service and then they hung up on me.......what lovely individuals.
Super Quick! We were traveling and in and out within 45 minutes.
