They were great all the guys are willing to work with you. I was in an out. They showed me things that i would have never seen on my own. Best place to get tires!!!
It looked like this was going to be a bad review. I showed up for my appointment and was told it would be about 45 minutes. I left to have lunch and when I returned they had not started on my vehicle. I was really unhappy and frustrated because my car really needed to be serviced and o had no idea when I could get it in again. Well, Stewart Lemmens stepped in and saved the day. I can't say enough great things about the service this morning! Punctured tire to start the day off, great service to make up for it. Stewart and the crew switched my tire out thanks to the warranty and gave me a great deal on a second tire. In and out in 45 minutes. There is a reason I keep coming back to this location; have never had a bad experience. Thanks so much guys!
This company is a class act for service! Love their warrant, bought 4 tires during the buy 3 get one free deal in 2012, one tire got a slow leak in it. They got us in quickly and fixed the issue for free! If they discovered it was not fixable, I was going to get a new tire for free! Totally buying all 4 again!
Have got all of my tires here, great place, and great prices.
Had one of the best experiences at a car place. Joshua Thompson, Manager here did a great thing today. I will never forget and will be a discount tire customer for life because of what he did today.
