I bought tires from tirerack.com and being last minute, I needed these tires mounted. I typically go to Mr. tire but they closed early. Discount tire charged me $85 to mount 2 tires. That is absolutely ridiculous. I will never shop here even if they do price match.
Mad props to Discount Tire! Best service I’ve had at a tire shop. They got me right in and all of management was out in the shop helping when they could. Never do shout outs or ratings but I was super impressed and they deserve it. Thanks guys!
Best tire place in town, not only did they get it done fast, they were all very helpful and friendly, i will definitely be back for my other two tires.

Today I left my car with a tire that needed fixing with Andrew Jeffers, and he told me to not worry, it would be ready in some time. So, I went out to do some other things I needed to, and then he called me telling it was ready. I came back to the store and they had remove a huge screw from my tire and changed the valve, and I couldn't believe how it ended: IT WAS FOR FREE! They didn't charge me anything. Best service ever! Congratulations!!!
I tried to buy 2 sets of wheels only to be told they are no longer available, yet on the website they say they are in stock. No solution at all by a customer service rep. I'll pay a little more to get better service somewhere else. Both reps said they are having a lot of issues with wheel and tire packages and they are working on a fix for their website... then don't advertise wheel and tire packages!!!
These guys are the best! Always courteous and pleasant to deal with. Never had a problem thru all the years we’ve been dealing with them.
