We were traveling though on a motorcycle and pulling a trailer. We had travelled over 1500 miles on those tires when my. Husband noticed the tread on those tires were getting thin. We knew from past experience that Discount Tires almost always has those tires in stock, so we got directions and waited in line to have them put on. It was towards closing time by the time we got there, but they worked hard, past closing time and got us back on the road. We are ever so grateful for their great attitude and customer service!
They're a great company and always good to their customers, though because I have custom wheels and my tires are slightly stretched, they're unable to do flat repair. Makes things pretty difficult because I had to find another tire shop to help me.
I so appreciated that even though we got to Discount Tire 5 mins after they closed they still helped us. They not only talked to us, but they found the hole in our tire and replace the tire- with our great warranty. They put it on and put our spare tire away! They went above and beyond in my book! After a bad day, they made it awesome!
Both Ogden and Riverdale stores are amazing. They always check my tire pressure and adjust to optimal levels. I just had a slow leak they pulled off repaired, re balanced and sent me on my way free of charge. I did not buy the tires on my car from them. Discount will always get my business whenever I may need it in the future.
I love discount tire in Ogden. My check was late so I could only afford one tire. The manager comes up to me and says he'll put both of them on and let me come pay for the other one tomorrow. If anyone needs tires and lives in Ogden go to discount tire on Washington!
Called you guys today to get a tire. I was pleased with the service and the fact you guys came to me to get the tire since I was at work. I will definitely be coming back to you guy again
