So I pushed off having my tires checked because they were brand new but kept loosing air. Of course it goes completely flat on the coldest day of the year. Chris helped quick and fast, was very sweet and funny. Perfect customer service, 10/10!

sooo, didnt know this till a couple of days ago, but my "check tire preasure" light came on. it's been so cold I've been ignoring it. a friend just told me, you know discount tire checks it for free, just pull up and they take care of you. so, I did it today, and I'll be darned if I didnt just pull up, and a little sweetheart came right out and took care of me!! he could have been short and put out with the weather as it was, and a free service, but he treated me like I spent $100...they will get all of my business from now ... read more
