Chris and the rest of the team at Discount Tire provided outstanding customer service. I called and ordered my tires on a Monday, by that evening my tires had been delivered to the store. I dropped my car off on Wednesday morning and they were done within an hour and a half. Each interaction that I had with this entire team was impeccable. Keep up the great work!

first off im a regular customer of discount tire.i bought 4 tires for my jeep cherokee last year and 4 more snow tires and rims last year.the year before i bought 4 tires then 4 more snow tires and rims for my kia soul .and plenty more in the past.so i make an appointment to get my tires balanced on my truck online it says free.i get there and they tell me it will be a 128 dollars.and i was planning on buying for tires for the truck in september from them.Dakota didnt really care if he lost my business .thats ok 5 seasons ti... read more

Chris did an amazing job. Helping me out. Great service from him and the guys out in the shop. Great peeps and reasonable price.
Chris went out of his way to make sure I was happy after I had a tire go flat and that model was discontinued. He got me set up with a new set of tires and asked me several times if I was satisfied.
Had pressure tested in all four tires gentlemen were kind and courteous.
Every time I’ve needed tires they have helped me pick the right ones within my budget.
Absolutely the best customer service we’ve received in a long time! We’ve gone here several times and received good, knowledgeable help each time from who ever helped us! Kudos to the manager!
