I don't understand why people would go anywhere else for tires. I came in with a flat and had a new tire on my car in about a half hour. Everyone is so nice and they are honest. I know it's about time for new ones and asked about choices, but there was no pressure to replace the others, they let me know how much tread was left and how much time I have. Been a loyal customer for years (which is a good thing because I always get their tire certificates, so the new tire didn't throw off my finances as Christmas approaches).
They went above and beyond today even after they were closed. My tire was flat when leaving work and it had to be replaced. Very courteous and pleasant. I highly recommend them!
The guys here fixed some nails that a dealership said they couldn't. I have always felt like they give honest advice. On top of that, they didn't charge me since I had bought tires there for a different vehicle. Very happy with the service and we won't go anywhere else when it comes to tires.
Awesome customer service! I've been here 4 or 5 times and each time I have received fast excellent service. They are friendly and patient and take the time to clearly explain everything. They give me all the facts and I have never felt pressured to buy something I didn't want or need like other places do. I will continue to come here for all my tire needs! You guys rock!
Just great service and great employees. A screw punctured my tire and it was leaking. They pulled/plugged it for free (since I had purchased the tire from them). In and out in ~30 mins, and had a pleasant chat with Blue. Thanks for turning a potential headache into a quick, stress-free visit!
Amazing customer service!! Went in because my tire pressure warning light came on and they made sure nothing was wrong with my tires, cleaned off the corrosion on the insides of them, and filled them with air. All for FREE!!! I will be going back when I need new tires for sure!!!
Eric and the guys here are awesome friendly and fast and excellent customer service after Sears acted unseemly about removing a screw from my tire thanks again guys you are 1 in a million.cant wait til u guys open up in Valdosta
