When I got home I realized one of my lug nuts were gone and replaced with a regular nut. No mention from the store. No documentation on the paperwork. Not good for business guys. You'll never work on my car again.
Manager Scott Williams runs a world class operation at this location. The atmosphere is more like a luxury auto showroom, than a tire store. The staff are soft spoken, empathetic and laser focused on the customer experience. Well done!
