I dropped my car off at the Smyrna location this past Friday to get work done and the guys were great! However I need to get my car back today 11/13/2016 if someone could please call me back or direct message me, my number is 3046290192. My work has already been paid for. I brought my tire to be "plugged" or replaced 4 hours ago. I was told I'd be contacted & notified as to what needed to be done. I was SPECIFICALLY ENSURED that I would receive service before closing. The store is now closed - I receiv d no call, no tire & I have to be to work at 7:00 am Sunday morning. This is ridiculous.
Excellent customer service alert! Had the best experience at Discount Tire in Smyrna. I called them at 6:10 to find out they had closed at 6 PM, yet they stayed open late for me to get there because I had a low tire pressure warning on my car. I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire which was unfixable. They took the time to talk to my dad on the phone and help me figure out what the best option was, replaced my tire and I was on my way within 20 minutes. I bought a set of tires from those store a few on the back. I was on the way home today and noticed that I had a flat. It happens. Couldn't find the leak myself on the side of the road. I was in the area and pulled into the Discount Tire shop. They found it, repaired it, and didn't charge me. I expected and was willing to pay for the repair. These guys are car guys like me. Thanks for looking out gents.
I went there to get a patch/plug and I loved it. I was hesitant due to previous experiences of being pressured to purchase something I didn't need. Pat checked all of my tires and set an appointment for me for return. When I returned, Chris Henson checked me in and was so nice. It took about 30 minutes. Wonderful experience. Thanks guys!

I have used Discount Tire in Lawrenceville several times and loved them, so I was interested to see if Discount Tires in Smyrna would provide the same no hassle, stellar service that I had previously received in Lawrenceville.
