I came in on a Saturday, and it was mega super packed. I needed to get a patch put in a tire and my service advisor was super friendly super cheerfully and fast even after having hordes of people being generally rude to him. He even found a tire we could replace it with if they couldn't get it fixed properly. He scheduled me a time, and within 2 mins of showing up they took my car in on the time he agreed too and they flat tire fixed in about 30 to 45 mins.
