People are awesome. Great customer service. Went to have a tire plugged and they plugged back left instead of back right. Be back today. Accidents happen. Glad they are close and we will never go to anyone else. Discount Tire on Coulter are the best!
My husband's truck needed new tires. Our kids always recommend Discount. Salesman was very helpful and didn't try to encourage me on a particular tire. After we picked out what we wanted it only took 30 minutes. Upon arrival, a salesman immediately asked if we needed help. He didn't try to juggle customers and worked only with us. Very good experience.
Me and my family were on our way through Amarillo to roswell nm to meet a long lost family member, and had a blow out on a tire, these wonderful awesome people went out of their way to ensure we had 4 good tires to drive on, and gave an excellent discount on 3 tires to ensure we had a safe trip, and then I left my wallet in bathroom and they worked very hard to get ahold of us so we could go back and get it. This place rocks, they now have my forever business
We have used Discount Tire for years. Every city we've lived in they have been awesome to deal with. I have to say though that the store on Coulter in Amarillo is by far the best store we have dealt with. Steven York is my go to person when it comes to tires and I don't see that changing.
