they were amazingly nice and I told him I was going to be late to work and he got me in and out and got to work on time!!!
I brought a Highlander in for rotate, balance and Fix a low tire. Found out I needed two new tires, they texted me to let me know that it was ready. Made a block sensor was still on brought it back for them to fix. They put it on the rack and realized what I brought it in for had never been done. They fixed it, accepted responsibility for it AND gave me $ 20.00 for my lunch. Cudos to Felix and Jansen. This was exceptional customer service to make a mistake right. Again, thanks!

I love Discount Tire On Coulter St.,Amarillo, Tx. It is the happiest place I've been in a long time. All the guys are friendly , always smiling, and eager to help you. They Have given me great service over the years. They tell me about things to save me money that I didn't know I had. I say, buy your tires from them and you won't have to worry again.
