Long wait, where Is Michel Benton they try to sale me four tires
I called for a used tire and the size I needed they didn't have in stock. But they did have 1 that was a new one. The man (Adrain) told me $60 and I sat there on the phone thinking about it. I had already spent $50 for one tire and I'm super broke right now. I explained to him that I got one tire at sunset automotive for $40 plus tax and labor. Terron was really unprofessional. They tried to tell me I needed 3 new tires. They took a perfectly good tire off and werent going to give it back to me. I took my car elsewhere for a second opinion amd got my tire repaired and come to find out the one they were trying to keep was 100% fine. My tires are only 6 months old. Never again!!!
This is the only place in Lubbock that had my size tire and willing to work with my budget. They did everything they could to help me out. I won't be going anywhere else but here! Nicest staff around also.
