Felt like I was screwed over by a high pressured sales pitch. If I could undo my purchase of the one tire (thank goodness I didn’t go for all 4) I would make you put my old tire back on.....I should have made you show me the nail & the location & not listened to the sales guy because what I now hear it was probably a lie or not as dire as the guy made it sound......I think he was hell bent on me making some purchase. I won’t return for the other three, I’ll go elsewhere where they are honest.
Had a bad day, had a tire that was not repairable, then my spare was expired, never knew of such a thing. But anyways they help me out so much. I was truely truly blessed that they helped me out. and will go back when need a new set of tires. Great customer service.
- Great bunch working at Discount Tire, I had a tire problem with enough damage to warrant a new tire, they took care of me although they were backed up, got a new tire with my road hazard waranty for $16.00 .
SERVICE IS GREAT IN AND OUT IN 30 MINS THATS. WHAT I LikeD AND VERY FRIENDLY...
I love Discount Tire. I have friends who feel like they try to take advantage of them. I have to admit, a salesman tried to take advantage of one of my daughters a couple years ago, but I shut that down really quickly. For the most part, I think they do good work.
