I went to Discount Tire today for a flat tire replacement. My truck was going to take a while and I had to go pick up a bed in Post. I asked them to leave the truck outside, locked, with the keys in it. I have a spare. When I went to go pick up the truck at 8:15 p.m. it was not outside. Hey, everyone makes mistakes. Awesome customer service! We were traveling and had a blowout on our travel trailer and they didn't hesitate to take us in 5 minutes before they closed to get us back on the road on a holiday weekend! Thank you!!
Truck was suppose to be ready at 3. Then they said 3:30. They said they couldn't find the paperwork. Didn't get ready until 5:30 and it was for just ONE tire!!! Made my son late for graduation!!!! Not happy
Love this place! They've taken care of our needs for years. Customer service has always been above and beyond our expectations.
Ive never been so disappointed with customer service in my life! After waiting close to 40min for service and not once being acknowledged then having another person walk in and be helped on the spot is unacceptable. Im sorry I didnt hound you while you assisted all the other customers. this location just lost a loyal customer.
