I have family members to purchase tires at discount tires and I've been going there for years and I love it
I can rely on Discount Tire to keep me safe and on top of any tire problems that need to be addressed. I feel safer when I travel knowing my tires are good and at the correct inflation. I make my appt. online and I am in and out in 30 minutes or less when I have them rotated and balanced. I really appreciate the courtesy displayed to their customers means a lot to a senior citizen
Great place to go! Had to wait alittle but i was fine with it! They helped me out, Adrian Pena, when my husband had been very sick for a long time! The whole team there go above and beyond and i thank Mr. Pena for being a blessing to us!!
I will never use you guys again! If you leave a tire shop after purchasing new or us ed do tires from you and have a flat not 5 minutes after you have left and then are told there will be no reimbursement or exchange and the tire is not repairable, that says something about your ethics in customer service and poor handling skills!
