Thanks for the great service to Pete and Derek over at the hill crest location in San Antonio. I had a great experience there st that location, they repaired my tires and offered me a plan for my tires. I am truly considering to purchase that plan. Once again Thank You !!!
Back at discount tire. Tires are in and are being installed. I had a challenge yesterday getting new tires, but the store manager handle it like a true professional. Awesome customer service and fantastic store manager. As I sit here and evaluate the work force environment I can see that he is not just a store manager but he is a leader and that is a big difference.
Super fast and super friendly. Refreshments and comfy chairs.
