Jessica is the bomb. She really gets customer service. No doubt I had an issue with DT back in 2009, which was under different management. I was a young girl & I was devastated with what had happened to my car. In 2009 while getting my car serviced they had broken off several of the screw lug thing-ies off my rims & back then DT wouldn't take responsibility. The waiting area was welcoming and clean. Chris was professional and informative
Had a nail in my tire and came in for a patch. The place was packed. When I was called up, I asked the employee how much it would cost to patch. He said it's usually free but I would need to leave the car for more than an hour since they were very busy. Long story short, I was out of there in 40 minutes with a patched tire at no cost. Thumbs up!!!
Always amamzing service. I’ve been going to to location for 8 years. Super friendly staff. Always willing to help and make my day better than it started out flat. Pun intended. I have purchased about 10 sets of tires for my cars and my mothers over this time.

great group of guys....didn't have the size I needed so upgraded no charge and gave credit for life left on warranty. Nice!
