Good Guys in there to work with once the vehicle got in there did not take long to get the work completed it would be nice if they had a furnace in the place froze my ass off waiting for the job to be completed

Moderately busy and the salesman told me it would be just over an hour for the work to be done. Been sitting here for 2 and a half hours and they just pulled the car in. Will be well over 3 when this is finished. They literally could have just scheduled a time for me to come back in the beginning instead of wasting my time.
Very poor service. Would NEVER recommend. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot. Air pressure in tires was off in front tire. Yes, more than one of them! Luckily car has sensor system and warned me. HOW DO THEY NOT INFLATE THE TIRES CORRECTLY??? I mean, it's a basic part of the job! Spent almost $1000.00 on new tires and they can't inflate them correctly. Do yourself a favor, avoid at all costs.
WOW. I AM STUNNED. I called b/c I had a nail in my front tire; they told me to come right in. In under an hour, they had it fixed. The charge? XERO. They told me to have a nice day. I told them that they are AMAZING, & that I am now a loyal customers for life!

Best customer service around. Prices are great too!
They were amazed that she was able to drive on the tires. They didn't have much tread on them. Great job but disappointed they don't do alignments anymore.
