Best service! Went in to the Algonquin location for a slow leak in my tire they fixed it (was about an hour wait) and not expensive as I thought. Than one week after that I had a flat on a different tire, I called them said they closed at 6pm but the gentleman I spoke to said even if you get here at 559pm we will still take care of you! I got there just before 6pm and they took care of my flat tire! Free of charge! Awesome service and I can't thank them enough for helping me out! THANK YOU!!
I had a great experience here!! Was an hour wait which was fine!! They were cheaper then other places!! I would definitely recommend them to family an friends!!
Every time I come in, there's a line... But that's a good thing! They're a great organization and worth a bit of a drive past other tire shops in the area. They took great care of me the first time, (years ago when I moved to the area) and it has paid off to be a repeat customer! Back to the line being a good thing: there's always a ton of people receiving their prompt, courteous, and quality services.
Bought lots of tires here and referred alot of people here. I go in routinely for rotations. Always an issue. They forget to rotate in spare-even when i remind them, valve stem covers always missing after, long wait even when making online appt- which wouldnt bother me, if things weren't forgotten, and now yest, they forgot to check air pressure so now my dash is lighting up and hardly any air in my spare. Will not be returning...as it is not close to my house to have to keep returning twice each rotation.
Very friendly staff and great price. This was the only place that had my best interests in mind. So happy.
I came into Discount Tire to take care of some rim leaks. Told them I didn’t need new tires quite yet, but have steady slow leaks in the front two of my tires. When I asked how much they would charge, they told me “Don’t worry about it ma’am, we can take care of that for you free of charge”. Haven’t bought tires from them yet but I am definitely taking my business here next time!
