Blew a tire while traveling out of state. I tried several other tire stores. Jose worked with me, and that guy is the man! Although they didn't have my exact tire in stock, he made it work. He personally made it all happen. Pulled out the jack and EVERYTHING. I appreciate Discount Tire for working with me, and if this dude ever moves to my hometown, I would hire him in a second, one of the better customer services I have received from a corporate shop. First visit today. I had my front tires replaced and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I was told my car would be ready in an hour. l had my two kids with me and I knew an hour wait would kill my oldest (3), but they had it done in 30 minutes! I'll definitely be back to get my rear tires replaced!
